How to apply for membership
Memberships are set up via a secure link our team sends you directly — they’re not self-serve online. Get in touch and we’ll confirm your plan and have you set up same day.

3-Month Minimum Commitment
All membership plans require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of your first payment. You are liable for all payments within this initial period — early cancellation is not accepted. After 3 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice before your renewal date.

We confirm your plan & send the subscription link
Once we’ve spoken and confirmed your tier, we send you a secure subscription link to set up your monthly direct debit. Takes about 2 minutes. Your membership is active from the date your first payment clears.

Use your coupon code to book your sessions
Once your membership is confirmed, we’ll give you a coupon code to apply at checkout when booking at sgstudios.ie/booking. This unlocks your member rate for each session. Everything is set up and ready when you arrive — walk in and hit record.

Membership FAQs
How do I sign up — it’s not self-serve online?⌄
Correct — memberships can’t be self-activated through the website. Fill in the form above (or call us on (01) 437 0609) and we’ll get back to you within 1 working day. Once your plan is confirmed, we send you a secure subscription link for payment. Simple.
What’s the minimum commitment?⌄
All plans require a 3-month minimum from the date of first payment. You’re liable for all payments within that period and the studio won’t accept early termination requests. After 3 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice before your next renewal date.
What if I don’t use all my sessions in a month?⌄
Unused sessions carry over to the following month, up to a maximum of 2 banked at any one time. Once you hit 2 banked, further unused sessions are forfeited — they can’t be refunded or credited. The rollover is there as a safety net, not a substitute for recording regularly.
Can I upgrade or change plans?⌄
Yes — upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Contact us at info@sgstudios.ie at least 5 days before your renewal date. We can’t change mid-cycle, but upgrading earlier in the month means you’re only a few weeks away from the new tier.
Do members get priority booking?⌄
No — all bookings go through the same system at sgstudios.ie/booking. Availability is first-come, first-served for every client, PAYG and member alike. We don’t hold slots or reserve time. That’s the honest answer and it’s in our T&Cs (Section 4.6).
What payment options are there?⌄
Monthly billing only. Membership fees are collected automatically each month via the payment method provided at sign-up. All fees are exclusive of VAT at 23%.
What content can I record on a membership?⌄
Anything within the session type of your tier. A Video Podcast membership covers multicam sessions — you can record episodes, interviews, brand video, or anything else multicam. The only restrictions are the standard prohibited content categories in our T&Cs: adult content, competitor advertising, and unlawful or harmful content.
How does cancellation work?⌄
After the 3-month minimum, send 30 days’ written notice to info@sgstudios.ie before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Notice received after the renewal date applies to the following month. No refunds for unused sessions in the final month.
