  advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges

• Clients retain ownership of their recorded content unless otherwise agreed
• SG Studios may request permission to use behind-the-scenes or promotional
  material but will not do so without consent

6. Liability

• Use of the studio and equipment is at your own risk
• SG Studios is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal
  belongings
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where required
  by law

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence.

Clients must:

• Follow studio rules and safety instructions
• Treat staff, equipment, and premises with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Any damage caused may result in repair or replacement charges.
